At The Search Experience (TSE), we partner with some of the most ambitious venture-backed SaaS and technology companies as they scale across North America. We launched with a focus on Go-To-Market (GTM) hiring and, driven by client demand, have since expanded into technical search — giving us a front-row seat to how high-growth companies scale from the ground up.
Now a team of 10 across San Francisco (HQ), New York, London, and Sydney, we’re entering a new phase of growth. This role is foundational: you’ll join our team at a pivotal time, working directly with founders and senior consultants, and shaping how we scale in the years ahead.
The Role
You’ll be an early hire in our US team (ideally in SF), laying the foundation for our US growth. You’ll work side-by-side with experienced recruiters and founders who have scaled specialist search firms before. You’ll gain early exposure to high-growth SaaS companies building both GTM and technical teams, and your ideas and effort will directly influence the direction of our business.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain talent pools within high-growth SaaS and tech markets to drive successful searches.
Partner with senior consultants on live projects — from market mapping through to candidate engagement and evaluation.
Execute creative candidate engagement strategies across content, social platforms, and direct outreach.
Spot new opportunities and bring fresh ideas that strengthen how we deliver for clients and candidates.
Represent The Search Experience with energy, curiosity, and professionalism in every interaction.
Requirements
A strong communicator — confident, clear, and persuasive.
Skilled at leveraging LinkedIn and social platforms to connect with talent and track market trends.
Commercially sharp with natural curiosity about technology, venture capital, and business growth.
Adaptable, resilient, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
