The Role
The DevOps engineer/SRE will play a critical role in keeping the production and development environments running smoothly, securely and effectively. As part of a small team, the engineer will be wearing multiple hats in a highly visible role interacting with all aspects of the business. Key Responsibilities
Technical Prowess: The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical foundation, demonstrating the ability to quickly grasp and apply complex concepts. You should be comfortable navigating technical challenges and finding innovative solutions.
Direct Communicator: You must value clarity and transparency. You should be able to communicate ideas, feedback, and challenges in a straightforward manner, ensuring that everyone is on the same page and that problems are addressed head-on.

Requirements
Proven senior experience as a DevOps/TechOps engineer/SRE
Highly proficient with AWS ecosystem, including serverless products
Highly proficient with Kubernetes in a multi-tenant highly-available large-scale applications
Strong Linux OS-level knowledge, including shell scripting
Monitoring, alerting, dashboarding experience
Ability to design and implement complex, but easily-managed, automated infrastructure
A desire to share, teach and learn as part of a team
Experience with: Terraform, Helm charts, ArgoCD, GitOps, Prometheus
Bonus experience: CDK, TypeScript/JavaScript, Python
