I bring over a decade of experience in technical and product recruitment across the North American market. I’ve specialized in Tech, Design, and Product, while also building out GTM functions—partnering with high-growth SaaS, FinTech, and investment banking clients.

I’ve played a key role in expanding US hiring strategies, growing founder communities, and scaling strategic client relationships.

I’m passionate about building deep, long-term partnerships and delivering results in highly competitive talent markets, and I’m excited to bring my leadership experience and scaling expertise to TSE’s equity-driven model.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me on the golf course, cheering on Charlton Athletic or the Jacksonville Jaguars—or re-reading Harry Potter (again).
