Justin Ferber

As a Bay Area native who’s had the opportunity to live abroad as well as experience life in the Big Apple, I still believe there’s no better place to call home than here in CA. The past few years I’ve been fortunate to work closely with go-to-market leaders at top VC-backed tech startups, helping them secure the top-tier talent essential for driving their growth. Partnering with these innovative companies has been both rewarding and exciting, as I’ve had the chance to play a key role in their expansion and success by connecting them with individuals who are truly in the top percentile of their fields.

Outside of work, I’m an avid food enthusiast and love exploring new culinary experiences. Cooking is a passion of mine, and I’m particularly proud of my Peruvian ceviche, which I like to think is one of my signature dishes. In addition to my love for food, I’m also a fitness enthusiast. I previously placed 2nd in a natural bodybuilding competition, which was a great achievement, though these days, I’ve happily embraced the "dad bod" as a father of two young children under five. Life has certainly changed, but I wouldn’t trade it for anything.

A fun fact about me is that I speak Spanish fluently, a skill I picked up while living abroad in Latin America. It’s a part of my life that has enriched my personal and professional experiences, allowing me to connect with people from different cultures and backgrounds on a deeper level.
