About the Role
As a Solutions Engineer, you'll drive ecosystem and partner growth, focusing on technical support.
You will:
- Build relationships with Partnership, Agency Leads, and Product teams.
- Use technical expertise to understand partners' needs and create engagement plans.
- Develop partner content and materials.
- Become an expert on our client’s capabilities and offerings.
- Mediate between Product and R&D teams, documenting and conveying partner feedback.
- Define integration plans with Partnership Managers.
- Prioritize client success, offering technical guidance.
- Share best practices to optimize platform effectiveness.
- Attend meetings, workshops, and conferences as needed.
- Be flexible and work global hours as required.
Requirements
BA/BS/Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Strong experience with web technologies, e-commerce platforms, system integration concepts, RESTful services, and related tools.
5+ years' experience in SaaS/distributed systems or software development.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Analytical mindset and ability to multitask.
