About the Role

As the first-ever Sales Leader, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping their growth. There will be autonomy across building and scaling the entire sales function for the team. Although their team has had an immense amount of success, they are ready to take iteration of growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll be responsible for defining GTM playbooks, strategies, systems, and processes.


  • The successful candidate must have a proven track record in B2B sales leadership within programmatic advertising technologies

  • You will be a visionary, with the ability to shape and execute a compelling sales blueprint.

  • You will be a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills will be natural to you.

  • You must have a results-oriented approach and be driven by achieving and exceeding targets.

  • Adaptability is vital. You will be comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Experience managing, mentoring, and developing sales folks is essential.
